Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to make it right! Please contact us at royalejewelry1@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please ensure you review your order details carefully before placing your purchase as most sales are final.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered. For missing packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Order Cancellations
